This is an original Oscar Heyman diamonds ring. Founded in 1912, in New York by three brothers of the Heyman family. Oscar, Nathan & Harry. Oscar and Nathan learned the art of working in platinum jewelry as apprentices at a workshop in Kharkiv, Ukraine. In the 1939 World’s Fair, the firm supplied jewellery to four of the five participating retailers in the House of jewelers, thus earning them the name Jeweler’s jeweler.

This particular ring in the style of ballerina’s tutu (skirt) is an original 1950 design by George Heyman, one of the younger brother of the founders. Today, the company continues to prosper in New York. A book was published in 2017 on the firm’s work as researched by the Boston Museum of Fine Arts.

Their jewellery are also sold in Japan and have graced celebrities and royalties including Queen Sirikit of Thailand. In 1969, Oscar Heyman & Brothers designed and manufactured the famous Taylor-Burton 68 carat diamond necklace for Cartier that was given to Elizabeth Taylor.

Our ring here is the Ballerina in platinum. The central stone features a single Marquise-cut diamond weighting approximately 1.00 carat of G/H colour and VVS2 clarity while a total of twenty-four baguette-cut stone weighting approximately 2.16 carats of F/G colours and VVS1-2 clarity.

Platinum is the noblest metal and the hardest to work on but this is a specialty of the firm.

An excellent gift.

It is stamped and numbered. The valuation was US$20850.00 but now available to you for much lesser.

Pre-owned & mint. Comes with complete orig. wooden boxes, tag, tool set, spare rubber strap, manual and dated paper.

A discontinued model and retails for well over S$20,000.00. This black ceramic Luminor Chrono Flyback is under the 1950 case design and fitted with an in-house manufacture automatic movement with three days power reserve. The watch is in mint condition throughout and the original straps appears to be unworn (worth over $500 value) as the owner used a 3rd party strap so this watch needs nothing but a new owner. Movement winds buttery smooth and keeps great time as it should. Sold new by Panerai boutique in Firenze, Italy. The original boutique.

Blue is the corporate colour for Panerai and this is represented on the small seconds here. Old retails price: S$21050.00

A rare find. Daniel Roth, a household name among watch collectors who once created watches in the workshops of the Breguet, Jaeger LeCoultre and Audemars Piguet before striking out under his own name. This curved elliptical case design is an icon of the brand, very comfortable on the wrist and never too small or large.

There are various world time mechanical watches for the traveller who appreciates a fine watch on their wrist to accompany their trips that crosses time zones. The Worldtime ‘heures universelles’ with 24 cities time zone was developed by Louis Cottier in 1931 & the design was acquired by the biggest brands of its time. Today, these popular watches are Patek Philippe’s Worldtime, JLC Dual-time, Ulysse Nardin GMT +/-, Rolex’s GMT-Master and this.

This is Metropolitan is an early production piece with a very nice 3 digit serial number. The buckle is an early version with a surface engraved like the teak deck of a yacht and signed. Later versions were very simple square framed and unsigned. The grey dial has guilloche finish similar to Breguet while the luminous arabic nos gives it a sporty look.

Pressing the center-button changes the city names in clockwise manner and also the Am/Pm plus arrow indicator in the lower window. A rather unique and possibly proprietary design by Daniel Roth.

Watch was polished and remains in very good condition now. Functions checked and works well.

This vintage Tudor Prince Oyster Date dates to 1979, the Ref.90530 appears to be a rather rare model and seldom seen on the market with it’s cut bezel. It offers a quick-set date function under a classic sunray silvered dial, batons & the shield logo. The steel Oyster case was made & engraved by Rolex Geneva with a Rolex crown & acrylic crystal with cyclops. The watch was polished, movement serviced, a new crystal & strap fitted so she is ready for a new home.

Designed and cased by Rolex, and always powered by workhorse Swiss automatic movements, Tudor OysterDate watches like this are gems of the vintage world that doesn’t cost you a bomb but offers every bit a quality Swiss watch should have. This specimen oozes vintage appeal with a slightly aged dial with patina in its 34mm steel Oyster case and the tritium glows under UV light. It will be a great daily watch with choices of straps to match with it’s 19mm lugs size.

A major rebranding for Tudor in recent years has seen this brand stepped out of the elder brother’s shadow, showing strong sales and forging a legacy of it’s own.
